What are my options if I want to rent a lane for my child and a friend to come into the facility and hit?

    • Purchase a “Lane Rental” – this can be found under the “Facility Rentals” tab
    • Purchase a membership for each child and reserve a lane with one or both of the memberships – this can be found under the “Memberships” tab
    • Purchase a membership for one child to reserve the lane and have the other child purchase a Day Pass – this can be found under the “Facility Rentals” tab

How do I add or change my card on file for billing purposes?

    • Here is a link on how to change your card. You will want to make sure you follow these instructions. A common misconception is that changing your card within MindBody updates your card for us to use, unfortunately, that is not the case.

How do I add family members to my account?

    • This can be done through our business’s Mindbody bebsite: (link to our site)

        1. Log In to the Business’s Portal: Go to the specific business’s Mindbody page or website and log in with your account.

        2. Navigate to Account Settings: Look for a section like “My Account” or “Family Members.”

        3. Add a Family Member: Click “Add Family Member” and complete the necessary details.

        4. Please review and Confirm: Save the information and ensure it’s reflected in your account.
