You have a few options:
  • Purchase a Lane Rental under the Facility Rentals tab.
  • Purchase memberships for each child and reserve a lane with one or both memberships.
  • Purchase a membership for one child to reserve the lane and have the other child purchase a Day Pass.
  • Or simply purchase two Day Passes and hit during any open walk-in lane availability for as long as you’d like.
Log in to your booking account and update your payment method under your account or billing settings. If you need help, email us at info@hitfactoryin.com.
Your membership is active immediately after signup. You will be charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current month, then future payments run on the 1st of each month.
Submit a Membership Change Request. Membership changes and cancellations require 7-day notice before your next billing date.
Walk-in lane use means members can use any open lane at no charge. Reserved rentals guarantee your lane time in advance and take priority over walk-ins.
Yes. Log in to your account and add family members under account settings. Family memberships cover up to 3 immediate household members.
Yes. Hit Factory offers private and group lessons, clinics, camps, memberships, lane rentals, and facility rentals.
